FORM OF COMPLAINT AGAINST QUACKS / UN-REGISTERED PERSONS MISREPRESENTING / MISUSING THE TITLE AND STYLE OF ARCHITECT

Complaint Form for misrepresentation and misuse of title and style of Architect in violation of Sections 36 and 37 of the Architects Act, 1972. This may be used to make complaint against a person who is falsely posing/ representing himself/ herself as an Architect and practising as an architect for making unlawful gains.

Undertaking I hereby undertake that I shall forward the complaint duly signed by me along with requisite documents uploaded by me to the office of the Council at New Delhi. I shall also submit other documents, if any, which could not be uploaded in the form due to size limitations. I have checked from the Council’s website www.coa.gov.in that the Respondent person is not registered as an Architect with the Council. I also understand that the Council may not initiate any action on my complaint unless complaint, duly signed, along with complete documents containing proof/evidence is received by the Council.

Declaration I declare that the contents of this complaint are true and correct to the best of my best knowledge and belief. If required by Council, I shall be ready to stand as witness in Court of law to prove my complaint. I request the Council of Architecture to take action against the above mentioned person for violating the Sections 36 and 37 of the Architects Act, 1972.
